For security reasons, we do not keep a list of our customers' passwords.
Therefore, if you have forgotten the password of your e-mail account on our servers, you must change it to a new one. Here is how to do it:
Step 1: login
First of all, you need to log in to your Control Panel. If you don't remember how to do this, here's how: How do I log in to my account?
Step 2: change your password
In the"E-MAIL" tab, select"Email accounts" :
In the list of email accounts for the relevant domain, click on"Manage" for the account to be changed:
Finally, in the"New password" field, enter or generate your new password. Remember to remember it or store your new password in a safe place to avoid losing it.
