Publishing a war file at the root with Tomcat Print

To publish a war file at the root of the web site there are a few solutions:

1) the simplest solution would be to rename the monapp.war file to .war

2) The better solution is to modify the server.xml file:

Tomcat must then be restarted. Note that if the file myapp.war disappears or is renamed, Tomcat will not restart
